Churches and parishes in Vantaa

Vantaa Parish Union is a group of seven parishes covering the whole of Vantaa: Hakunila, Hämeennkylä, Korso, Rekola, Tikkurila, Vantaankoski and the Swedish parish of Vantaa. Each of the seven parishes has a home church; some parishes have more than one church. If you need diaconal counselling and support, contact the parish in your area, whether or not you are a member.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Vantaa is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Finland, to which more than half of the Finnish population belong. It is an increasingly international community with people from many countries, cultures, and languages. In church, your parish membership is almost always determined by where you live.
