Every day of the week
The church’s entrance hall opens out towards a park. The same is true of the rooms for children and young people. Looking at the choice of materials, the outward appearance, and the lighting, it is clear that these premises speak the same language as the church hall, albeit on a smaller scale. They are gradually growing parts in a totality that reminds us of the fact that weekdays and Sundays are inseparable.
In this church you can learn all kinds of things: Fathers build canoes together with their sons, children learn how to cook in cookery clubs, adults fashion beautiful pieces in pottery classes, and young people make music together.
Infants with their mothers or carers come to family clubs, while day clubbers put on a brave face and wave good-bye for a while to their adult companions. Younger schoolchildren attend afternoon clubs after school, staying until their parents come home from work. A sauna is available for the groups using the church premises.
